Terms and conditions

Squad Time (comprising Singing Squad and Fun Squad) reserves the right to amend the course itinerary without notice. Course fees are non-refundable except in the unlikely event where the entire course has to be cancelled by us due to exceptional circumstances. In the case of cancellation by us, your entire course fee will be refunded.

Behaviour policy

Squad Time expects that all participants will behave sensibly and kindly towards each other. Where a participant does not follow Squad Time's rules in this respect, their parents may be contacted and asked to collect their child. We reserve the right to refuse bookings where we believe this is in the best interests of participants or Squad Time's reputation.

Health and Safety policy

We take the health and safety of all children and our staff very seriously. The activities have been planned carefully to reduce the risk for all participants, and our staff have an excellent knowledge of the site. However, accidents can happen and so we have trained first aiders on the team. It is the responsibility of the person booking the child onto our courses to inform us through the booking form of any medical conditions or allergies the child has, as well as providing accurate contact details, so we can call you in the event of an accident.

Squad Time staff will normally only administer medication that has been prescribed by a doctor, dentist, nurse or pharmacist. If a medicine contains aspirin we can only administer it if it has been prescribed by a doctor. All prescription medication provided must have the prescription sticker attached which includes the child’s name, the date, the type of medicine and the dosage. If a child requires a non-prescription medication to be administered, we will consider this on a case by case basis after careful discussion with the parent or carer. We reserve the right to refuse to administer non prescription medication.

Drop off and Collection policy

Our courses run from 9am to 4pm. Children will be registered when handed over to our team and 'signed out' and when handed back to carers at the end of the day. If an adult other than a parent is collecting your child at the end of the day, please ensure that you inform the course leader in the morning. Our staff will be on site before and after this time, setting up and closing down activities, but will be unable to supervise children outside of the 9am-4pm period unless arranged in advance with the course leader (there will be an additional charge to cover the extra staffing cost of any such wraparound care).
